The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Jungle Pool Villa was excellent. It included a pool. Breakfast was always ordered fresh every morning.
The room had pebbles on the floor, so it was very hard to walk on. There was nowhere to put luggage. The lighting was poor and there are many steps in the resort to navigate. The resort is hard to find, as it's in the backstreets on a narrow street.

I appreciated the location a short scooter ride from the center. It made exploring convenient! the provided shuttle service was useful when i didn't want to drive myself. i found the architecture well integrated with its surroundings. the landscaping created a peaceful atmosphere around the hotel.
only one very very slight negative thing to mention is there were many steps so if you have mobility issues, consider asking for a room close to the main areas.

the hotel offers communal pools, and i saw spa services advertised, though i did not use them. complimentary afternoon tea was a good touch each day. well kept gardens surround all areas.

The staff provided genuinely warm service. They addressed needs quickly. breakfast service included tasty options. they arranged half-day trips to local attractions. I appreciated this help.

my jungle villa had a private pool with stone walls. the bed felt large! a separate ante-room included a bath and private massage table. usual facilities were present.
